Call given errors on the amethyst web supervisor console

Hi

So one of the calls that has been recorded can't be played back on the amethyst web supervisor console,
console registers the calls for that extension but only one call won't play back
you can access all the data eg. time,date and ext but cant listen to the recording
gives error, also checked other calls for the same extension same day, no problems only effected one call

tried extracting the call from the amethyst web supervisor console to open in other players but still won't play back

So any ideas on what would cause this

  1. The USBClient on the agent PC makes the recording. You can check the USBClient log file around the time of the recording if any errors.

  2. Also check the Windows Event logs for any issues. If the PC had any issues it can influence the recording.

  3. If the 'reference' field of the recording details has a reference number, then the recording did not receive call details. If you use TAPI to start/stop the call, then it was not in CTI mode. If you use VAD to trigger recording, then it did not receive call details or triggered incorrect.

  4. The recording is sent via ftp to AMETHYST. You can use the recording reference number to search the sweeper log on that day for any errors when loading the file into the database. Also check the archive log (auto archive starts at 21h00) if any errors trying to archive it.

  5. You can attached the recording file to the post (please rar it) and I can check if able to play it back.
