TravTrust IP Amethyst

Good Morning
Please can you advise if you have on record what the LAN IP of the Amethyst voice recorder is for TravTrust.
We are trying to get into the unit to check on it and the IP we have listed is not working (192.168.110.201)

We do not have the IP on record.
Try to ping 'amethyst' or 'gem', if configured it will reply the the AMETHYST server IP.
If you have the Supervisor URL, the Webadmin is the same IP(but it runs on port 3080).

Good Afternoon
I have tried to ping both hostnames but they do not resolve.
I have tried to ping the IP that we have without any response (192.168.110.201).

You can use the 'tracert' in stead of ping to see at which point the ping fails.
If tracert is unsuccessfull, it can be either the wrong IP or the AMETHYST is not accessible.
