Reassigning call extensions in Amethyst

Hi

can you please send someone out to reassign the call extensions in amethyst as we have a new telephone system and the extensions are not being logged properly.

the calls are being recorded but only to the default extension.

We do not have a system on record for IT Crowd - I could not look up your details.

I will need to know what was originally installed.
If you changed PABX systems we also need the new PABX brand and model to see if the AMETHYST system will work with it.
