Amethyst Start up Error

Hi

I have done a reboot of Amethyst(Shutdown from web browser, then power off from the VM environment).
Refer to screenshot for error.

Thank you. I can see that Amethyst is up. But its not putting in call details. Its recording with AMTCARDS on the User field.

To check if AMTMitel is running and receiving call details, refer to point 2 in the forum post:

Amethyst date and time is out. i looked at the AMTCARDS recordings and the log files, all of the information shows 08 January 2014. Could it be the reason Amethyst is recording with AMTCARDS

i have checked the How do I know AMTMitel is receiving call details?
All the settings on Mitel Controller are fine as mentioned on the document.
I have stopped and started the AMTMitel and SMDRLink services on Amethyst,
The license manager shows (Expired) and -53 Available Agent licenses

After starting, the log file for the AMTMitel shows

Please let me know if your AMETHYST is up and running.

If not we will need to quote you for a remote call out and once accepted scheduled it.
