SMDRLink Data no longer importing

We restarted our Amethyst server on Thursday due to slowness issues, but the server didn't want to boot. We then disconnected it and reconnected minimal connections (excl the SMDRLink cable) and it booted fine. It turned out that the new (USB3) archive drive was causing the server not to boot. Obviously it isn't compatible.

Now since this the SMDR data is no longer importing, even though the cable is once again connected.

I have also attached the SMDRLinkLog.

Please assist or send a quote for someone to come out and assist soonest.
