I am running Amethyst Version 1.6.5.12.
I have loaded AMTclient 1.6.4.3 on some agents PCs.

I want to configure them to take screenshots every 30 seconds
BUT when I open Configure Agents there is nothing there.....

If I click on an recording in progress I can see the screenshot and the recording....

exactly do I need to do, to get screenshots working properly

Required:

AMTClient must be installed on the agent pC.

Configuration:

This is configured in AMETHYST webadmin under 'Configure CTI Devices' with the settings options 'CBS' or 'CNS'.

CBS - Calls between screen shot
CNS - Calls to next screen shot

If you want every recording to have screenshots, please set both to '1' and also enter the frequence of screenshots per recording - for example every 30 seconds.
