Delete Physical Devices

If you want to 'free' a license to use for another device, you
need to use the 'Tick to deactivate' tick box of a device not in use
anymore. Please note: Once deactivated, you can only activate the
device again after 7 days. Therefore it will only be available for
recording after 7 days.

I went onto configured recorded devices but, I am unable to delete any?
What are the steps I am missing in order to do so, The devices I want to delete have been removed off the network.

If it shows that extensions was dynamically added by CRE, then the maintenance to add/remove extensions for recording is done on the Mitel side.
