Hi There

We have been having a problem with AMT listen. At first we could not see any of our archives. That issue has been fixes by Lee. Now we can get into our old archives with AMT listen, but when we search for a specific recording and double click on it we get an error "Class nor registered."

I've attached the error message. Would you please assist.

This error message can be missing or corrupt Windows files.

Please search internet for "class not registered" and your operating system(for example Windows 2008 server) for repair options/suggestions.

Example of page for seach using keys 'class not registered' and 'Windows 2008 server":

Hi Belinda

Yes I have tried Googling the error and applying their solutions(running sfc fix, logging on in safemode etc), but AMT listen is still coming up with the class not registered error.
