Good day

On the Amethyst WebAdmin/Agents/Configure Virtual Extensions/User Name there is over lapping information, it is reflecting the physical extension and the agents actual staff number.

How do we create a preference or remove duplicated info to avoid this from happening?

If you are using a Cardserver for recording, from AMTCards version 1.6.3.11 the Extension-side solutions default the username to "EXTxxxx", where "xxxx" is the extension number. This helps sites distinguish between recordings on extensions where the username is not set, and also helps managing Supervisor access for sites that have high staff turnover.

If no user name is set it will thus show as EXT followed by the physical extension number the recording was made on.

NOTE: Extensions already added to the list cannot be removed, you can clear them by removing the user name next to.

We are using a Cardserver for recording, how would I verify AMTCards version?
Webadmin is Version 1.6.5.14
Supervisor is Version 1.6.5.2
Amtclient is Version 1_6_5_13

As per the attachments, the virtual extensions are blank
The user name is duplicated by the physical extension number and the agents staff number as per the original post

The order in which the username is mapped to the recordings is as follows:

Sequence in which AMETHYST check for a user name, if not available it will use the next option:

1. SMDRLink plugin(PABX dependent) or AMTMitel
2. SMDRLink extension mapping
3. Configure CTI Devices(AMTClient popups)
4. Configure Virtual Extensions.
