The following error occurs when you are trying to run AMTLISTEN on a Windows server with limited features and rolls installed.
Enable the desktop experience feature.
open Server Manager > Features > Desktop Experience and install it. Restart the container when prompted.
After restarting, you will be able to see Windows Media Player in the Start menu.
