Found this with a server that the power button was pressed and the server didn't shutdown, but went to SLEEP. This was reported in the Event logs.
Supermicro Motherboard
Smartworks Analogue LD809 card
Drivers 5.7.1 ( Upgrading the drivers to 5.9 to see if the same thing happens.)
If the card drivers crash, they cause an F/W Panic error in the Windows System logs.
The only way to recover this, is to restart the server. Restarting the software doesn't recover this issue.
