How to disable encrypted SRTP voice traffic on Mivoice4001. Logon onto the respective phone by browsing to its webpage using the ip address of phone.

Browse down and locate the settings RTP Encryption under SIP Settings.
2. Click on the drop down menu and select option "SRTP Disabled"
How to update the SIP Username on mivoice 400 1. After logging into phone webadmin page, locate Standard Terminals settings.
2. Sip user name, where you can add the display username for that extension.
