Pop up closing remaining windows

We have done a few tests with a user and can confirm that if the pop up window has more than one tag, it allows you to update the latest Tag.
When trying to tag the second window it disappears after the tagging the first window.
This site has recently been upgraded to the latest AMT PC Client version 1.6.5.25
The correct function is that the window needs to stay open so that the windows listed behind them can also be tagged.
Outstanding:
Resolve the Pop up issue where the rest of the pop ups listed behind the latest pop up is still available to update
