New Mitel version 9 / 10 - AMTMitel Call details

With Mitel releasing version 9 /10, they also use and updated version of the Mitai which uses different libraries and ports to send of call details

We do have a compatible version of the AMTmitel that supports the new Mitai but it is not backwards compatible.

Mitel Controller Version 9 / 10
- Uses Mitai version 5
- Uses Newer libraries
- Sends call details on different ports than 8001

Mitel Controller Version 8/7/6
- Uses Mitai version 4
- Previous libraries
- Sends call detail on port 8001

Mitel Controller vs Mitai library version vs call details:

MiTAI 6 is supported on a Mitel Controller with Software version 8.
So if the one controller is 8 and the other 9, upgrade to the version of AmtMitel for MiTai6.
The Amtmitel that is on CRE10, is used for the barring. Use that version.

If the one controller is 7 and the other 9,
we will not be able to do the recording on one server.
We have to split the CRE servers for this exact reason.
One CRE for the Mitel 7 and one CRE for the Mitel 9 to receive call details.

QUERY:

Client is using AMTMitel 1.6.6.4 with Mitai 5 and
receiving call details for one controller on older controller software 8.0 PR3(no licensing to upgrade),

but upgraded their other controllers to :

    Release level : 9.0 SP3 PR1
    Active software load : 9.0.3.24
What upgrades should they use:
  • call details software and version
  • Mitai version
