QUEUEREFERENCE in amtmitel and crecallinfo

The QUEUEREFERENCE allows the queue or DID number to be placed in the reference field on the recordings.
These are the different behaviour:
0=Disabled
1=DID value available from the previous device
2=Queue from the previous device
3=DID fro the First Device detected on the call
4=Queue from the first device detected on the call.

This value is disabled by default.

The most common config so far has been "4" to get the initial QUEUE the call came into the Mitel
