You can search for the specific socket error in Windows:

• Windows XP:
  
  Click on START -> RUN -> CMD
  
• Windows 7 or Vista:
  
  Click on Start - type 'cmd' in the "Start Search" field,

The Command Prompt window will appear

Enter 'net helpmsg' followed by the socket number

(e.g. net helpmsg 10057)
