As per my phone call:
Our client has an Amethyst unit on site. They also have a Mitel 3300.
15 of their extensions are being recorded by the Amethyst unit.
They have an issue when making and receiving calls. It has only been reported by users who's extensions are being recorded. The users who connect directly to the Mitel unit does not have the issue.
When they receive a call, they only hear an echo of their own voice. They cannot hear the person phoning them and vice versa.
The problem is intermittent. It is not limited to a specific extension, nor is it exclusive to any person that attempts to call them.
I have only tested incoming and outgoing calls on a certain extension.
Of the 5 calls received, it has occurred once.
Of the 5 calls placed, it did not occur.
Is it possible that the Amethyst could be causing this issue?
