Our client's TNG stopped working due to a buffer error. Support has tried to fix this remotely, but unable to do so due to the 1.0.7.7 version giving problems. They want to upgrade the system to 1.1.1.12, but unable to do so due to the subscription having expired.
They've asked me to contact Accounts, which I have, but no reply as yet.
Please urgently get someone to fix this issue.
