TNG Call List

The client has an LG FPll pabx system.The plug-in is the PlggdkFPll.lll.
The TNG was operating OK till the 04/04/13.I get all the raw data in the RAW.txt file.
Attached herewith is the RAW.txt file.

Dear Peter

As per telephonic conversation dated, 10 April 2013.

Please take a screenshot of the 'Communication Configuration' in TNG under "General Settings" and attach it to this forum post.

On the 'Call List' page, please check the date and time the records displayed. Was there any changes made to the PABX or TNG PC?

Support will log an investigation using the rawdata provided and the information from screenshot.

Morning Odette,
Did you receive the screenshot of the settings? The call list displays the last entry was on the 04/04/2013, which is correct. No changes were made to PABX or the TNG PC. There IT tech has also confirmed that the PC is OK.

It seems that I having a problem posting the screenshot.
