Can you post an example of what the data looks like, when you receive it via your testing program PABX32?

I want to compare it to the string we get in the raw.txt file.

TNG receives the same string as your test software PABX32, the PABX output is then different from the standard Siemens 3800.

As discussed telephonically, please let me know regarding the documentation Siemens will be sending you - if the format can be changed, etc.
