Outgoing Calls

I have setup the TNG Live Free version on Windows 7 PC, I have Panasonic TDA PABX. On the outgoing calls when you do a Call list it show Extension - EXT and EXT/User Name it shows Please Add User. I have add all the extension with the organization and I am not sure as to why this is show Extension to be EXT. Please can you assist me on how to find out which extension this is.
