TNG - invalid installation

Can you attach another log, you can take the whole day log zip and attached on this post, the errors am looking for are not on this log.

Hi Lwanda

I notice there is a gap of a few days between December 2015 and Jan 2016. Also the server did shut down pre-maturely around the 18 Dec2015. I have confirmed that the csv file, that TNG imports from, does exist and is up to date. However there is no raw.txt file in the folder since then. I have attached the two log files during the time mentioned above.

You are running TNG version 1.0.7.7 and currently we running is 1.1.1.13 .I strongly advise the upgrade.

Dial Error are resolved on the latest version.
