The Matrix Eternity PBX has not yet been tested for compatibility with our TNG software. Please click on the forum link below:

The software (TNG) needs to be able to translate the call data string sent by the PABX. The above link is to explain what information we need to possibly develop/write a plugin. It will explain the various types of test calls required in the smdr/rawdata format and what information is needed to identify these calls in the rawdata string for a plugin to be written.
<u>NOTE:</u> You will require detailed information regarding the PABX. Kindly contact your PABX support company/technician to provide/confirm the following information:
1. PABX Brand name and Model number,
2. PABX Software version and software release,
3. How to connect to the PABX to get SMDR/TAPI data.
4. Is there any additional hardware or software required for the PABX to enable this facility?
5. Availability of a Test System where the implementation can be tested -(preferably a test system that can be configured at our office then the testing is done while doing the plugin development)
6. Contact details of technician and /or PABX vendor to arrange/schedule the testing of the PABX at our office.
Please provide any other information/documentation you may have on this type of PABX.
