Supervisor changes

• Version 1.6.3.24
  Initial screen is now the search screen, and not the agents screen.

  Fixed bug where screens larger than 1600 pixels, but smaller than 2000 pixels would have the toolbar displayed off the screen.

  UUID creation code replaced since the old code was leaking file descriptors on Ubuntu - this is apparently an issue in libuuid with multi-threaded applications when a thread calls CreateGUID and the thread then closes. Libuuid assumes threads stay open for the duration of the application. The new code has a single thread getting UUIDs and does not have this problem.

  Added MD5 and SHA256 checksums to recording information screen.

  Fixed bug in SHA256 checksum, where it sometimes crashed the Supervisor when the file size was exactly divisible by 4096 bytes.
