Release notes: VoIPRecorder 1.6.4.0

• Split into VoIPRecorder and VoIPSweeper, to separate the recording and processing code, due to difficulties resolving low memory situations which could adversely affect recording. The problem is memory fragmentation when processing long recordings, and threads being created during that time, resulting in blocks of unmovable memory.
• New format for recording IDs (same as CRE).
• The VoIPSweeper stops processing when free disk space reaches 2GB, to ensure that recording continues.
• Added code which cleans up registry when service is uninstalled.
