changes since the 1.6.3.18 update.

Server / Remote server changes

  • Version 1.6.3.24
Agent names are now converted to upper-case for display in the Supervisor (problem found when using the Asterisk Interface).
Added VOIPRECORDER to the Card / CRE monitor.
Fixed bug in client updates to AMTClients running on different ports from when they were initially added (e.g. AMTClient starts, stops, then starts on a new port). This situation is unlikely to happen at a client.
Fixed bug where upgrades could not be done since the code to get SYSDBA password was wrong - bug introduced in 1.6.3.20.
Support for new AEM (version 1.6.3.2)

  • Version 1.6.3.25
Internal AMTClient updates were causing the Supervisor to not show recording status when calls arrive back-to-back.
Added support for setting the analogue thresholds via the Web interface.

  • Version 1.6.3.26
    Removed debug mode.

  • Version 1.6.4.0
    Added support for extrainfo field.

  • Version 1.6.4.1
When running as a remote server, the physical device list is now built in shared memory - this is required for USB clients at remote sites.

  • Version 1.6.4.3
Changed TCP libraries used internally to try and resolve crash problem with AMTClients.
This version has a bug where it may not open the AMTClient TCP ports correctly after being updated or after a crash.

  • Version 1.6.4.4
Fixed bug that caused server to crash.
Lowered CPU usage for the integration thread.
This version can re-use a port that Linux is currently closing connections on (fixes open TCP ports bug introduced in 1.6.4.3).
Added code to keep trying to open the integration port if it fails to open.

  • Version 1.6.4.8
Sends disk space via AEM at midnight and at noon for remote monitoring via MyAccount.
