Re-compiled version 1.6.4.20 in both Linux and Windows and to make sure source code matches, and re-tested.

Fixed bug where the two halves of the conversation would be out-of-sync if the secondary-side recording started first, and also if only the secondary-side was the only one present.
- Version 1.6.4.19
Fixes for compiling under both Linux and Windows.
Added support for ExtraInfo and LinkID in DTA information (1.6.5.x code).
