- Version 1.6.4.29
Fixed bug in Cisco call information - the number was not being updated if the extension could not be retrieved correctly. This was broken in 1.6.4.18 (3 September 2013).
- Version 1.6.4.28
Added username caching since on Cisco, we don't always get usernames on each call. Caching is for SIP too. Note that username caching may not work on trunk-side solutions, and that USEAMTCARDS=1 should be used on trunk-side solutions.
Status updates to Amethyst now use CLI rules.
- Version 1.6.4.27
Fixed bug with FORCESERVER and LiveListen port.
Fixed bug where the log file could not be retrieved using TCP connection.
Fail-over filename no longer contains the path.
No longer prints blank station entries at midnight.
Download and unrar, password is 'datatex'.
Steps:
When updating no recording will take place, please check upgrade according to recording hours.
- Make a backup of the VoIPRecorder ini and exe.
- Run the 'exe'.
- Check the VoIPRecorder log that the work stations loaded and are recording.
If you are using an older version of the VoIPRecorder software, you will have issues with the upgrade.
For version 1.6.4.12 and older, you need to uninstall the VoIPRecorder service in Windows Command Prompt and then run the upgrade to install the newer version of the VoIPRecorder service.
