AmtMitel 1.6.5.10 to 1.6.5.25

Version 1.6.5.10 - 1.6.5.13 (not released)
  • Changes and fixes for asynchronous monitoring to make AMTMitel start faster.

Version 1.6.5.14
  • The LinkID now changes when the "X" button on a Mitel phone is pressed and another call is made without putting down the handset. Previously it would link these calls together.

Version 1.6.5.15 - 1.6.5.16
  • Fixed bug where the IsCRESolution setting was not working correctly when manually configured - this could result in popups not working.
  • Disabled the asynchronous requests since it seems to cause crashes in the MiTAI libraries at some larger sites.

Version 1.6.5.17 (not released)
  • Fixed bug where AMTMitel could crash just after midnight while trying to save the list of devices that successfully opened (i.e. working devices).
  • Fixed bug where an account code could appear on a different call after a call is transferred.

Version 1.6.5.18 (not released)
  • On calls that are diverted, the extension that caused the divert will be filled into the extension field, instead of "TRUNK".
  • Added code to fix extensions modified by the controller on ip-trunk calls - the controller prefixes it's network element id onto the extension from the other controller. INI section is CONTROLLER_CHANGES, with key/value pair being the IP=id. For example, if controller 192.168.10.2 prefixes "5" onto the extension, the entry looks like this:

    Code: Select all
    [CONTROLLER_CHANGES]
    192.168.10.2=5

Controllers that don't make this change don't need to be configured.
Without this, duplicate call records will be given, one with the correct extension, and one with the modified extension.

Version 1.6.5.19 (not for release)
  • SIP trunks can now generate call records - on retrieval after hold, information is not yet retrieved from the SIP trunk information.
  • Asynchronous opening of devices is enabled again since it turned out to be a bug in the MiTAI libraries.
  • This version still has a bug in the "controller changes" code - the complete number can be overwritten by the incomplete number from the trunk when the trunk is on a different controller.

Version 1.6.5.20
  • Fixed bug where incomplete numbers could be given when a call is made from an extension on one controller using a trunk on another controller.

Version 1.6.5.21
  • Changed how calls are determined to be external (involving an outside line) for SMDR data. AMTMitel distinguishes calls on IP trunks between controller extensions from calls between a local extension and a trunk on a different controller.
  • The SIP trunk is now given in SMDR data.

Version 1.6.5.22
  • Fixes for redirected calls.
Version 1.6.5.23
  • Minor fix for "Controller Changes" introduced in 1.6.5.18, where the controller prefixes its network id onto the extensions of other controllers. It was giving the unmodified extension when the extension was not monitored and the call information was generated from the trunk monitor.

Version 1.6.5.24 (not for release)
  • Fixed bug where the Controller ID would be sometimes be incorrect on SMDR data when multiple PABXs are involved, now the Controller ID will be the Controller which has the phone is connected to.

Version 1.6.5.25
  • Reduced error message rate of "down" messages to every 10 minutes during office hours (8am to 5pm, Mon-Fri), and every 2 hours outside of office hours.
