Click on the Recording
Press F12
It will show you a console on the foot of the page
Press F12 again to close the console and now you will be able to listen to your recordings

Having issues listening to your calls on IE
Click on the Recording
Press F12
It will show you a console on the foot of the page
Press F12 again to close the console and now you will be able to listen to your recordings
