How do I export my recording details to CSV?

Postby Belinda Frick » Thu Dec 09, 2010 3:39 pm

PLEASE NOTE: This post is releated to AMETHYST and Supervisor 1.6 only.

In AMETHYST 1.6.3 there is a feature in AMETHYST Supervisor to export call details to CSV.

Log into AMETHYST Supervisor, go to the SEARCH RECORDINGS page and use the search criteria options to select the call details you want to export. Search for these calls, once displayed on the page, click on the 2nd icon from the right (download the search result into CSV format). You will get an option to either save to CSV or open CSV file.

Note:

This export is for the calls details of your search result.

Format of export string:

Code: Select all
DATE/TIME, RECORDING ID, EXTENSION, USERNAME, NUMBER, DESTINATION, DURATION, REFERENCE, TRUNK, DIRECTION, AQM STATUS, SUBJECT

2010-11-22 08:17:39,0013307_07DA68B7A6A42.GSC,{extension},RECEPTION,{telephone nr},SA - MOBILE -(ZA),00:00:30,,1,OUT,,ANDREA

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. The older Excel versions had a limit of only 64K lines that it could display. This will amount to 65 535 entries in the spreedsheet.
  2. Up to AMETHYST webadmin 1.6.4 Supervisor had restricted and unrestricted access. To have the CSV export option, the Supervisor must have Unrestricted access.
  3. The AMETHYST webadmin 1.6.5 + has access levels for Supervisor 1.7, your supervisor access level will influence if you have access to the download CSV option. For use with Supervisor 1.6 you need access level 1.
