The events are:
- OnStart(Reference : String)
OnStart is called when the SLVR starts recording. Reference is the
Amethyst reference for the new call.
- OnStop
OnStop is called when the SLVR stops recording.
The methods are:
- Start
Puts SLVR into standby mode. It will start recording when there is
noise.
- Stop
Puts SLVR in idle mode. It will not record at all.
The current recording's information will be lost. Use SetCompletion
and StopWrapup to stop recording if you want the call information
to be kept.
- SetReference(Reference: String)
Sets your reference for current call.
- SetComments(Comments : TStringList)
Adds to the comments for current call. These will not be displayed
on the SLVR until the end of the call.
- SetCompletion(Extension, Number, Destination, Duration, When,
Reference, Direction, LineNumber : String) * Direction and LineNumber is
only available for version 1.0.0.1 and up
Updates call details for current call. Stop recording and go into
wrap-up time.
- GetReference : String
Returns the Amethyst reference for the current call if a recording
is in progress.
- StopWrapup
Finalises the call on the SLVR
- SetShortnote(Shortnote : String)
Sets your shortnote field to the current call.
Note:
The reference and comments can only be set during recording and wrap-up time
The flow control of all recordings from Amtlink should be
Start (AmtLink)
-> Vox Activation (Automatic)
-> Recording Start (Automatic)
-> Set Reference (From AmtLink)
-> SetComments (Manually type in or from AmtLink)
->SetCompletion (From Topaz or AmtLink)
-> StopWrapup (Automatic or from AmtLink)
Suggested settings for the SLVR should be:
1. TRIGGERLEVEL=30 (or high enough not to pick-up external VOX and low enough
not to "time-out")
2. SILENTTIME=60 (Set to 60 seconds as we are controlling)
3. WRAPUPTIME=60 (Set to 60 seconds as we are controlling)
