AMT SUPER:When selecting a call,there is no option to do AMQ

  • Login to AMETHYST administrator.
  • Click on 'Configure Supervisors'
  • Make sure that 'unrestricted' is selected for this supervisor.

If supervisors need to do AQM's they must have unrestricted access. Restricted
access will prevent then from having that option.
