AMTClient will browse the network for the AMETHYST server.
AMTClient and AMETHYST must be on the same subnet. If not
you will need to enter the entire the AMETHYST ftp IP
individually for each AMTClient in it's ini.

In AMETHYST webadmin under 'Configure CTI Devices' there is
a global setting for 'ftp server', you can configure it there.

AMTClient requires the following access:

  1. TCP 21 - FTP port, USBClients use "active" FTP, and will use
    other random ports assigned by the O/S for FTP transfers.

    To do a manual ftp:

    On the AMTClient PC
    START -> RUN -> CMD

    ftp {AMETHYST server IP} and enter
    login with ********
    password is ***

    If no error message then FTP is allow. Click for error message to
    unblock unless strict access policy on network.
  2. UDP 27002 - Client listen port, for Amethyst to send
    information to clients (USBClient, SLVR, Kyanite).
  3. TCP 27004 - Integration port for Supervisor to start, stop
    or retrieve screenshots from clients.
  4. TCP 27009 - AMTClient / Citrix server port

    The AMTClient service must be allowed in the Firewall and policies.
Why is my AMTClient service disabled?

For anti-virus software allow:

1.) AMTClient.exe
2.) File extensions:

PNG ==> Contains Screen Shots

TXT ==> All the notes that the Citrix users has typed.

INI ==> All our software settings is stored in INI Files.
