How to download logs from amethyst web admin

• Log into Amethyst Web Admin.
  
  
• Go in the "system" section then click on, "view log files."

• A page will appear which has all of the type of logs that can be viewed.
  
  
  On this page one can select to go to previous months, it has a drop down under the month which consists of the days of the month. Click on the day you wish to see , nothing will appear only the selected date shows.
  
  
• Then click on the log which is needed to veiw. Eg server log:

There are two download options:

1. Download log- text document
2. Download compressed log- Zip folder

Please note:The last entry of lines is closer to the most recent time.
