If the license expired the data was not sent by ftp.
Please check:
1. That guildftp is running.
Also check the follow:
Right-click on guildftp.
Tick ALLOW LOGINS.
2. That the sweeper is running.
3. On the server select CONFIGURE SUPERVISOR
The Maintain Supervisor Screen will appear
Check that the supervisor you were logged in as, has user selected to see.
4. In Topaz: ALSO SEE: TOPAZ: I cannot see any call data on my supervisor screen?.
