Error "530 Cannot set root directory" in my SLVR log

Postby Belinda Frick » Tue Nov 16, 2010 9:16 am

The problem is on the server.

The directory in GuildFTP is incorrect, or possibly GuildFTP doesn't have
rights to access that folder.

Make sure that it is a valid path, and that GuildFTP has rights to the folder.

Also check that the Virtual path is setup correct. There must not be a space
befor or after the "/". Just wipe out the whole field and enter a "/" only.
