This could be a space issue at the time of the archive taking place.

Auto archive runs each night at 21h00. If configured Auto Purge runs at 00h00. Only archived recordings will be purged. The purge clears space on the Exclusive drive.

The space issues will relate to the database drive where recordings is send before being swept to the Exclusive drive. If the Exclusive drive is full then the recordings will stay on the database drive untill swept to the Exclusive drive.

At 00h00 rejected recordings older than 5 days is also deleted, which will also clear space on the system drive.

You can check drive space in AMETHYST Webadmin. Select 'Available Disk Space' from the home page. Refer to forum post: How do I check disk space available on AMETHYST server?

NOTE: If AMETHYST automatic processes to clear space sorted out the space issue, then the archive should be successfull the next night. Please monitor.
