Does AMTMitelCRE have a minimum duration?

Yes, there is a minimum duration. It's configurable, and the default is 2 seconds.

NOTE: The CRE doesn't look at AMTMitel's duration, but uses the duration of the recording file. It is told to start and stop recording by the SRC, so AMTMitel will have no affect on duration.
