How do I enable verbose logging for AMTCards/AMTMitelCRE?

  • Log into AMETHYST webadmin.
    How do I log into AMETHYST webadmin and supervisor?

  • On the Home page, click on the 'Configure Cardserver/CRE' link in the 'System' block.

  • Click on the '+' next to 'Options'.
  • Click on the 'Turn Verbose logging off' link.

    Now click on the link' Turn Verbose logging on' to enable it.

    NOTE: You do not need to click on APPLY as the link option will enable and disable the feature as you click on it(manually). The tick option is to enable verbose logging by default if apply is clicked or the service is stopped/started or the server is restarted. It will run for 48 hours (AMTCards) and 12 hours (AMTMitelCRE), before debug logging is automatically switched off again to prevent space issues. If you click on 'APPLY' recordings will be interrupted.

NOTE: Do not leave it in verbose mode for to long a period as it may cause space issues.
