- Code: Select all

- Here is another example of how much disk space is available on all the mapped drives.
- Code: Select all
Drives for Audio and Visual data Size Used Free Avail +/-Hrs Bar
/mnt/drive2/exclusive/ 95G 95G 0 0% LOW
/mnt/drive3/ 47G 42G 105G 72% 16804 OK
Amethyst Database Drive 15G 9G 6G 40% 947 OK
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Available disk space
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 15G 8.1G 6.0G 58% /
/dev/hda3 95G 95G 0 100% /mnt/drive2
/dev/hdc1 147G 42G 106G 29% /mnt/drive3
/dev/hdd1 112G 62G 51G 56% /opt/amethyst/backup/hdd
In this example the exclusie drive is full, but the system has a second
exclusive drive. Check under 'Filesystem' for the listing /dev/hdc1. This
drive has space available.
If this was not the case you will have to do an archive and purge to free up space. Purging will only take place if calls has been archived.
Alternatively you can purchase additional exclusive drive space, provided your server specifications can accomodate it.
