AMETHYST webadmin Home page, Configure Recorded Devices.
I can see the extension numbers on the device list, but no value under 'Last Recording' column. I am running AMETHYST Webadmin 1.6.4.2 and Sweeper 1.6.4.7.
I can see in the reject log that these extensions are being rejected:
AMETHYST webadmin Home page, View Logs, select todays date and then click on link to Reject logs.
Reject reason is "Not enough licences".
On the 'License Manager' page I can see that there are enough agent licenses.
NOTE: In AMETHYST 1.6 it does not allow you to add more agent licenses than available.
Try the following:
- AMETHYST webadmin Home page, Configure Recorded Devices. Click on APPLY Changes.
- AMETHYST webadmin Home page, Reprocess Calls. Give time to start re-processing rejected calls for the last 5 days and then check in the reject log for today if still rejecting your extensions with the same reject reason.
- If still rejecting:
AMETHYST webadmin Home page, click on the 'Stop Sweeper' link. It will change to 'Start Sweeper'. Click on 'Start Sweeper'. Now allow time to start processing calls and check the reject log again. Alternatively you can also check the 'Configure Recorded Devices' list to see if the 'Last Recording' field updated. - If still no recordings for the added extensions, see Sweeper log. If it shows "Device count is zero - will not continue processing since all would be rejected", you need to go to 'Configure Recorded Devices' and click on the 'APPLY CHANGES' button to save changes made. Thereafter the calls will process again.
NOTE: AMETHYST keeps rejected recordings for the last 5 days before it is purged. To process the re-jected recordings you need to use the 'Re-process' option from the AMETHYST Webadmin Home page.
