sweeper log: Could not open database.

My sweeper log has the following error message:

[2013-03-22 13:22:03]  Version [1.6.4.7]Could not open database.
[2013-03-22 13:25:14]  Version [1.6.4.7]Could not open database.


NOTE: You will need to log a call with Datatex Support to resolve the issue.

Alternatively you can restart the AMETHYST server. If the database engine is not running, the restart of the server will start the database engine.

NOTE: DO NOT RESET THE SERVER, use the shut down option from the AMETHYTS webadmin - refer to forum post: How do I shut down/restart the AMETHYST server? Please schedule this outside office hours as it will influence access to Supervisor, amtclient popups, call details for recordings and/or cut recordings taking place.
