Agents visible in supervisor, but in adminstrator

Overview:

When the USBClient is installed, AMETHYST will list it under Supervisor.
Once a recording is loaded into the AMETHYST database, the agent
will be listed under Configure Supervisor.

Check the following:

USBClient:

The extension number is the only link between the recording and
the agent listed in AMETHYST. Make sure that the extension number
was added in the USBClient.ini file, "C:\Program Files\Datatex\USBClient".

EXTENSION=120

In this example extension 120 is being recorded (and USBTap connected to).

FTP:

Recordings is stored locally in "C:\Program Files\Datatex\USBClient\Data".
The AMETHYST server and FTP server must be configured in the ini,
else the recording never be updated to the database.

In this example "gem" is the PC name of the AMETHYST server.
