Updating PC/Extension changes for an AMETHYST agent

When the extension changed:
using TOPAZ:
Change the extension number in the USBClient.ini file of
that agent.
Update TOPAZ -> DATA -> Extension with the agent name (User).
using SMDRLink:
Change the extension number in the USBClient.ini file of
that agent.
When the PCName changed:
The PCName will be updated to AMETHYST automatically.
The Windows login will be updated to AMETHYST as the agent name.
The USBClient already has the extension number, no update needed.

When the agent name changed:

The agent name is the Windows user login.

using TOPAZ:
Update TOPAZ -> DATA -> User with the agent name (Windows login).
Link this user to the correct extension.
You need to remove the incorrect Agent name from AMETHYST:
Administrator -> Maintain Agents -> Select the Agent name, click on
delete, then apply changes.
using SMDRLink:
