Overview:
The auto load option in TOPAZ is to ensure that all calls is
loaded into TOPAZ. If you use the network settings to update
the calls live to TOPAZ and it is a very buzy switch-board
you might "miss" some calls. The auto-load ensures that all
calls is updated to TOPAZ. All calls made since the previous
auto-load is loaded. This can slow the TOPAZ down, depending
on the call volume.
Things to keep in mind:
If it is not a very buzy switchboard,
you can change the auto-load to update every 24 hours
(1440 minutes), since the network update should not be missing
calls.
If the switchboard is very buzy,
you can set the auto-load to not less than 20 minutes
or leave it on every 60 minutes or set to 1440 minutes. This
will depend on your call volume.
manage the size of your TOPAZ database to improve the speed
of updates. You can use TOPAZ Centre to move data out of the
live database, still having the option to pull reports on it.
The PC speed will also influence the auto-load update.
Ensure that applications are not battling for resources.
