VoIPRecorder: wrong phone number is tied to recording

The telephone number displayed with the recording is incorrect.

Suggestion:

  • Log onto the VoIPRecorder.

  • View the VoIPRecorder.ini file.

  • If the entry in the INI file is:
    Code: Select all
    [OPTIONS]
    USENUMBERDETECTION=1


    make it
    Code: Select all
    [OPTIONS]
    USENUMBERDETECTION=0


    NOTE:

    • To make changes to the ini file, you need to stop the VoIPRecorder service, make the change, save the ini and then restart the VoIPRecorder.
    • When you stop/start the VoIPRecorder the recordings taking place will be cut and no recordings will take place until startup has been completed. Please schedule to not disrupt recordings.
