How do I search the agent comments?

Log into the AMETHYST supervisor.
Click on the 'Search Recordings' icon.
At the top left-hand side you will see a 'Search any'
button. Enter the value you want to search for in the
block to the left of 'Search any' and the click on 'Search any'.

The entire database will be search for this value and all
recordings with this value will be displayed.

Please note: Only recordings that the supervisor login has access to,
will be searched on.
