How do I create my own template to do AQM's?

The AQM template can be created in AMETHYST webadmin using the interface or in a text file which must be loaded via AMETHYST webadmin.

1. AMETHYST Administrator:
   
   
   • Log into the AMETHYST Administrator.
   • Select the 'AQM Template Configuration' icon.
   • Click on the 'Add Template' link.
   • A entry box will appear with a 'Add Template' button under it. Please enter your template name and click on the 'Add Template' button.
   • Click on the template name.
   • Click on the 'Add Category' link.
     A entry block will appear. Please enter the category name and click on the 'Add Category' button. Number the category starting with for example '1. Greeting'. This way it will be sorted in order (by number).

   • Click on the category name. 'Add Question' link will appear.
   • Click on the 'Add Question' link. Now you can enter:
     
     • Question
     • Comment
     • Answer type
     • Point
     A question will only be added if you allocate a point value to it.
   • Repeat adding the category with questions untill your template is complete.
     
   • You can now select this template when doing an AQM.
