Postby Belinda Frick » Fri Sep 16, 2011 10:47 am

Fields for that SMDR string are:
*
extension
*
number
*
destination
*
duration
*
cost
*
date
*
time
*
reference
*
line
*
direction
*
username
*
physical extension
*
call outcome

Example of string:
TAPI|STOP|R:6071|0215924033||0:00:02||2011-09-14|12:51:48||84|O|Mnr Mister|7582|ANSWERED|

Field has been added:

Code: Select all
TAPI|STOP|R:6102|0114413000||0:07:17||2013-08-01|15:09:34||181|I|Kerisha Charles||ANSWERED|B0B09C81-ABFA-E211-8912-0050569B0009|

The last field is to link the call action in one call (for example call is answered, then transferred, put on hold, call back to extension, etc. - each call action will create a STOP string, this number links all these)
